God morning all,

Could I please ask for some advice...

My team has a shared email address that we send reports out from that are within the body of the email not as an attachment, and I would like to store those email within a Teams sites to save them. I have tried Power Automate but there is a focus on attachments. I have created a rule to forward the email back to myself as an attachment but it doesn't quite work.

My teams channel has an email address, but not the specific folder that I want to store the documents in.

The email does have a consistent subject line each time.

Any help appreciated.

    Hi @Simon Southgate

To me it may be possible to achieve this goal with Power Automate and Outlook.

Would you please share some more information about the report email?

For example, if you can receive the emails in your mailbox in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

1.create a folder named reports and an Outlook inbox rule to put the report emails into this folder

    The rule would be like:

    01

2.create a flow in Power Automate to store the emails in Sharepoint site

    02

I tested the steps above and it seemed to work fine for me.

(While please kindly note that since this issue is more related to Power Automate, which is not supported by Microsoft Q&A forum, we can only provide limited help)
