When creating a new lab in Azure Labs, Market Place Images which have been enabled are not visible when selecting the Virtual Server Image dropdown. What am I missing?

Hi,
Good evening.
When creating a new lab in Azure Labs, Market Place Images which have been enabled are not visible when selecting the Virtual Server Image dropdown.
Have added myself to the Lab Creator role too.
When I select the "Show Unavailable Images" box, the 7 images in Market Place Images which are enabled show up but are greyed out.
What am I missing? Can someone please help?
