Windows 10 Professional Edition, version 22H2, build 19045.2728, has been updated to the latest version. If you want to enable hyper-V, the hyper-v GUI management tool prompts an error code of 0x800f0922. How can I resolve this?

Sorry, this didn't solve my problem.
Next step then would be a clean installation. You can clean install it by booting from install media, delete / recreate partition, follow the prompts to complete the installation, patch fully.
