User is unable to access her MS 365 email on MS Outlook (mobile). The mailbox is empty on the Mobile Outlook. She can see all her emails on her computer (Desktop Outlook)

While authenticating through MFA, below is the error message.

ADSTS50020: User account '' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/4e30ff55-ee30-46c6-a827-03e4c3eac70c/' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application '405e80fc-f8e6-40e6-b6b9-e5bcc7e6813e'(RedirectionUxProd) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
