My Bing Maps key has been blocked due to exceeding the limits

Question

I have created a Powerapp that has a static map to show delivery points. I added a Power Automate flow to get the location data for new records which, by my error, ended up in an infinite loop. This flow subsequently used up the number of requests in just a few hours. Is there any possibility of having the basic key reset as this was a genuine mistake.
