Is there a matrix of Microsoft Supported/Unsupported Applications for Win 2012 to 2016 Upgrade?

We have a number of 2012 servers hosting MS applications including SP, SSRS, SQL, and others. We are determining which servers to in-place upgrade and which to build and migrate. I'm looking for a matrix of MS applications for which in-place is supported, as well as how-to guides for these applications. If inplace for is not supported for applications (but still doable) I'd be interested in that as well.

Thanks!

    Hi @sco gordo ,

In this case of SharePoint, SharePoint Server 2013 is not supported in Windows Server 2016. If your SP version is higher than 2013(2016/2019/SE), it will be supported in Win 2016.

As to SQL server, see the screenshot below:

There is no such matrix, you have to lookup supported OS & other system requirement for each application on your own.
