How do i recover my microsoft account

Question

Hello, my account got hacked/compromised i contacted microsoft and because 2 auth was enabled by the hacker they can't do anything but to suspend the account and i don't want that option i have every possible information like every information on the account and the billing information and just 1 barrier of 2 auth they can't pass what in the world is this kind of costumer support, i want my account in any possible way i am gonna try my best but i need suggestion and advises and possibly a positive one

Microsoft Account recovery is not supported here on Q&A. The process for regaining access to a hacked account is here:

Unfortunately, as you learned from Microsoft account support - you may be unable to resolve this issue - but that page is the only avenue to a potential solution if it is even remotely possible.

I suggest considering activating two-factor authentication on any other accounts you use to protect them.
