Getting error notification for email

Hi,

Some of our users are getting error notification when they are trying to send email from outlook. I checked in message trace. It's showing those email are delivered. I am confused. Is the problem our side or recipents side? Becuase not only for one recipents. Users are getting error message for different recipents. Please suggest me what should i do.

    So there is no more info? Typically that would indicate its a problem with the recipient:

    Specifically the section under Error Details

    Just ensure you arent routing to a connector that may be misconfigured, otherwise, its a recipient issue most likely
