Hi,

The thing should be asy as pie as we got only Exchange Online, hence I was astonished and more than convinced we got it working with other companies before. But to the point, well, I have created the organization relationship with one company, put their domain, set up that we would like to share onlu free busy etc. clicked Save, the relationship is there - but they are saying it is not working. As I was more than convinced that I got it working before (in our language we say: "I was ready to get my hand cut off for this"), I checked and shared the free/busy with other organization as well, and guess what - it does not work.

So from what I've read it is enough for our company to share the free/busy and the other company will see the data. Is there anything else we shall do? Has anything changed over the past year or something (I was perfoming similar operation around year ago) I am seeking through the Internet. But from what I see all I do is correct, I mean, there is hardly a point where one can make it mistake.

Apprecatei all help on this,

Cheers,

Pawel

What does Test-OrganizationRelationship show? Check from both sides to detect any possible misconfiguration issues. Also make sure all domains are accounted for.

Have you tested with different users and made sure that the permissions on the corresponding Calendar folder allow for externals? Even with an org relationship in place, the mailbox folder permissions can be used to restrict access.
