I lost my 100% discount due to a bug when beginning my exam

I've never been able to begin my exam due to the fact that the "professor" was not able to send me the exam (probably due to company's firewalls).

Then my exam was automatically rescheduled during my holidays.

I rescheduled it for this Wednesday but it now disappeared.

I do not understand what happened.

I'd like to reschedule my exam with the 100% discount as I never passed it.
