Use cases for OpenAI model access

Hello! I was directed to post this to the community from an @azureSupport twitter DM.

I am trying to apply for OpenAI model access for a family friendly game I am working on. This does not appear to be completely covered by any existing approved use case, however the suggestion form is not properly linked in the sign-up form. Is there any way I can apply for access? And does anyone have the correct suggestion form link?

    David Tompkins I think this should be the form that you are referring to. But you should first apply for request through the main application form as this is the only option to get access to the resource. If you have not applied for access before then the additional use case form does not take the request as it needs the original application details to consider your use case for review.

    I would recommend to apply for access choose Gaming as the industry and proceed forward to wait for response from Azure OpenAI team. Thanks!!
