Hi,

I am trying to create Rule for all sent items. I can create it on Outlook app, but that rule does not work on emails send from Phone or Webmail.

When I create rule on Webmail, I don't see option of sender as me or sent items option.

How Can I create server-side rule so that when I send email, it is copied in another folder as well.

Thanks

Afaik OWA only supports rules on incoming messages, not outgoing ones. Use Outlook instead, or if you have admin access, create the rule via PowerShell.

    Hi @Hasan Siddiqui

At present it’s not feasible to create Outbox rules in OWA. The Inbox rule feature applies to the arriving messages. For OWA and mobile outbox mail, you can manually Bcc your own mailbox.

Given this situation, I recommend that you can vote for this similar post in the feedback portal to related teams via

If you are an administrator, by my testing, you can create the following rules in the EAC, go to mail flow -> rules -> new rule -> Apply this rule 'if the sender is' select sender mailbox.

-> Do the following 'Bcc the message to' also select the sender mailbox.

By this way, the emails you send will automatically enter the inbox, and you can do settings such as moving to folders later.
