SharePoint Azure app-only method shows "Last Modified" as SharePoint App

I'm using this method Azure AD App-Only to connect to SharePoint and update the documents' columns. However, the "Last Modified" name is always showing SharePoint App, instead of the display name when I did the app registration in Azure.

Is there anyway to get the display name of the app instead?

    Hi @Jack Le

    Per my test, we are unable to get the SharePoint App name in Modified column. I feel regretful to inform you that it turns out to be a by-design one. As a workaround, I can get the App Id by following setting. Please go List setting first.

    Then click the Modified By.

    Choose ID in Show field

    Then you can get the id of the SharePoint App
