Hello,

if we see on security.microsoft.com and go to review - Quarantine there are column 'Expires'. What this column mean? Are this mean our license will expired on 5 April?

Hello,

This means that the message will be deleted from the quarantine (and Exchange) permanently after that date displayed:

Quarantined messages are retained for a default period of time based on why they were quarantined. After the retention period expires, the messages are automatically deleted and are not recoverable. For more information, see Quarantined email messages in EOP and Defender for Office 365.
