    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Disk changed to disk 0.

    There can be some Internal hardware issue with this Disk itself.

    Please turn off your computer completely and attach this disk cables to different ports.

    Start your computer in Safe mode and try to scan disk for errors using below command

    chkdsk /f /r D:\

    What do you see when the computer is powered on?

    Did you want to install a new drive with Windows or as a storage drive?
