Good morning
I have a problem updating the operating system on an azure virtual machine, going from server 2012 to 2016 once the machine restarts it doesn't let me in.
Does anyone know anything?

If the in-place upgrade fails, the option is to restore the VM using the snapshots. Refer the following article for that.
