What is Azure AD default password policy

Question

If Get-MSOLPasswordPolicy show null value means AAD tenant has default password policy and password length would be 90 days.
For Notification default value is 14 days in that case does user start receiving password expiration notification 14 days before password expiry? and Notification would be email or other way? will it be one time notification, or it will continue till password expires.

I think you will find that for the most part ,password notifications do not work in Azure. There will be no email notifications neither.

When the password expires, the user will be prompted to create a new one.

Note that changing passwords is not really recommended as much as ensuring you are using strong MFA methods
