Hello there,
Can you check if the printer drivers are installed and if you can print in these printers when you manually add them?
-Press Windows key + R
-Type control printers
-Hit Enter
-Right-click printer, and select Properties.
-Go to the Advanced tab.
-Click the Printing Defaults button.
-Change the settings.
If the above steps are not helpful please try the below steps.
-Type printmanagement.msc in RUN and then press Enter. Print Management will open.
-Right-click Print Servers, choose Add/Remove Servers, then add the IP address or computer name of the computer which the printer is shared from.
-Expand Printers. Right-click the printer you wish to add to Active Directory, then select Properties.
-Select the Sharing tab. Check the List in the directory to add the printer to the AD environment.
Hope this resolves your Query !!
