    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Ldifde in Server 2016.

    Ldifde should be available in server 2016 as well, However there should be not update after 2008.

    Ldifde is a command-line tool that is built into Windows Server 2008. It is available if you have the AD DS or Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS) server role installed.
