Can Power Automate be used to automate tasks involving non-Microsoft products (eg. Cherwell)?

I have a weekly task which involves opening up Cherwell, running a saved search/SQL, then exporting the list as an excel file and saving it to a specific location. Is there a way to use Power Automate to automate this task even though the applciation is not a Microsoft product? It involves opening up the Cherwell application, manipulating the application to produce a list which is then saved to a connected drive on my computer.
