Hello! I have an old computer running Vista as of right now (It can’t run 7 or higher). Here is a little backstory: A few weeks ago I found an old computer running XP, I also had a sealed copy of Vista Ultimate laying around, so i thought to upgrade the computer’s RAM, hard disk, etc, so I did that, installed Vista, and I wanted to activate it, but it said that it couldn’t connect to the activation servers, so I was wondering if Vista activation servers are still up, thank you in advance

    Hi @Diego Chávez ,

Windows Vista is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).

You can ask the experts in the dedicated Windows Vista Activation forum over here:
    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/Windows/en-US/home?forum=itprovistaactivation
