Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to laptop with work email account.
Please login with Local account on this then Please choose Start, Settings, and then Accounts to log in using your Work account. Select Connect after choosing Access work or school. Now look for and choose Join this device to Azure Active Directory. Enter your work email address on the Let's get you signed page before entering your password. Select join from the Make sure this is your organization menu. Restart your device to finish. You will then be able to log in with your work account.
