Samsung Ultra 23 I Company Intune Portal error " we were unable to set up your work profile " I can log in and see my company name but won't complete the download keeps giving this error message I called Samsung they said it was a software issue with the Intune company portal app , my IT dept said they can not fix they issue it is showing my device added but wont register me . please help

    @Kim Davis, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems the Samsung derive is doing Android Enterprise enrollment with work profile. But it is unable to enroll.

    Before going on, please check if the model is under the support list in the following link:

    https://androidenterprisepartners.withgoogle.com/devices#

    Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

    If it is in the support list, please try the following suggestions to see if it can fix the issue:

    Suggestion 1:

    Check if any work profile existing. If yes, remove it. Go to Settings > Accounts > Remove work profile.

    Suggestion 2:

    Check if there's a personal email account on an Android device which will not allow for the Work Profile to be installed and set up the account. If yes, please delete all existing email accounts on the Android device (Personal and Corporate) and then do enrollment. After it finished, add these email account again.

    Hi Try rebooting your mobile device and log out of personal google account .. Then from company portal try making credential. It worked for my S23

    I have been having issues as well, however from what I have found out in my logs is that mine appears to be skipping my company's terms and conditions pop up message. Is there something that could be causing this?

    Seams that when I got to setup this S23, Im getting that the device is not allowing intune to create the Work profile. "We were not able to setup your work profile" is now the message I'm getting.

    I do see the device in the Intune Admin Portal though.
