    How did you try before to change your address in your account? In Azure AD? or in your Microsoft Account?

    I just checked and changed my address here:

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses

    (This is also responsible for your Azure billing)

    How do I change the address in my profile using the portal?

    You can edit your contact information under Cost Management + Billing > Properties:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/change-azure-account-profile

    1. In the portal, search for Cost Management + Billing
    2. Got to Settings > Properties
      1. Click on Update billing address, Update Sold to, or similar
    4. Update the address
