Hi @Yekkaluri Sai Ruthvika , Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A Platform.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your student subscription. Please note that the Azure for Students free subscription is only available to eligible students. If you are no longer an eligible student, you may not be able to reactivate your subscription.

You can visit this page to know why Azure for Students subscription is disabled and how do I reactivate it: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/azurestudents-subscription-disabled.

Please refer to the Microsoft for Students FAQ over here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/free-account-students-faq/

Please visit troubleshooting documentation if that helps: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/troubleshoot-sign-in-issue

If you're eligible for a support plan, then I suggest you create a support request over here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

If you cannot do the above, you can contact the Azure Support over here:
    https://twitter.com/AzureSupport

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Vasavi
