how to create email notification for reviewer in SCSM

Good afternoon. I am new to SCSM and Orchestrator, how should I do that when adding review action and adding reviewers. Voting notifications were sent to reviewers.

    Hi @Илья Ульянов ,

    notification of reviewers can be implemented using the workflow engine of SCSM, SCORCH isn't required for this.

    A detailed description how-to set up a notification in SCSM is described here: Configure notifications in Service Manager

    To get the notification sent to the reviewers when the Review activity changed to the status In Progress you just have to use the option When an object of the selected class is updated in the When to notify box here To create a notification subscription for an incident in step 7. The criteria is "when status changed from not In Progress to In Progress.

    If setup correctly SCSM will send an email to all reviewers if the Review Activity changed to the In Progress status.
