So my original server is located at NewYork, right now I have a branch office  located in Washington. I am trying to set my existing server in the Washington with the same domain, but I am having issue with network communication betweek the same server.
My current network is 192.145.0
And in Washington its 192.155.0
I am using "Active directory Sites and Services" but when I add the Washington subnet to my main domain, I am not able to ping it.

I been watching this videos and following it, but its not working out :

I'd check the require ports are open and flowing between networks.

    Hello there,

You will need to configure static NAT on one of the sites.

For example, create a new subnet 192.168.11.0 /24 at SiteB, ensure it is advertised to SiteA and then create static NAT statements for each required SiteB server. A server in SiteA will then connect to the translated address from the 192.168.11.0/24 subnet instead of directly.

Something here might help you out https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2003/cc782048(v=ws.10)?redirectedfrom=MSDN

Hope this resolves your Query !!
