Monitoring upon AMA for vms is not supported with DCRs

Hello,
I am currently having issue regarding to Azure -VM monitoring, I was using Azure monitoring upon Log Analytics Agent -MMA/OMS, but it is outdated so enrolled AMA agent to all servers and then remove MMA agent from all prod servers as suggested on documentation. So there is no 2 agents installed, there is no duplication but still seeing the warning below:
I also developed policy to automate onboarded/newly joined servers to domain add them as ARC servers & enable monitoring automatically which worked well. Also policy helps to add 'Dependency agent' as an extension to arc machine & linked to newly created DCR. Right now, My monitored servers are not linked to any DCR, they even do not show up on the combo box so I am not able to enable monitoring for them. If I enable with default DCR, monitoring insight does not provide any performance data.
Is there anyone have faced with this issue or have any suggestion?
