You do not have access to the organization in Teams

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

All people in our organisation can no longer use the Teams app.

The message says "You do not have access to the organisation in Teams. Please select another organisation or contact your administrator for more information" appears after logging into Teams.

I cannot see anywhere in the admin dashboard that teams is disabled.

How can I ensure that people can use Teams again

Do users in your organization have an active license for Teams?

If yes, is Teams service enabled?
