SSMS Azure connection error

I want to connect my DB with SSMS to the AZURE container, somehow I get the operating system error 50(request not supported). I set up a container, SAS key and the Azure Storage Acc. This is for an university project and I am not that advanced in SQL Server management. Every help is welcome

    Please make sure the Azure Storage Account firewall allows access from all networks. Read the steps on this URL: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-network-security?tabs=azure-portal#change-the-default-network-access-rule.
