RDS deployment does not exist in the server pool...

After a network issue, I have to log into my Windows Server 2012 R2 with a different domain account. I can no longer see the Collection/Published apps. I get a message:

RDS deployment does not exist in the server pool...

Users can still run RDS published apps, I just cant see them to add or modify when needed. I am a local admin on the server and can RDP into the server as usual. Any way to fix this without adding a new deployment, etc.?

Thanks,

Jeff King

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to RDS collection.

Please try again after making sure the Domain Admin account is active and that the Server Pool contains entries for all of the RDS servers that are a part of the RDS deployment.

Our IT Department will not add me as a Domain Admin in the new domain. I assume I was a Domain Admin in the old domain, but I don't think they can verify that as they have closed all old domain accounts. Is there something else I can check or do to fix this?

    Thanks.
