Enable AI copilot in Microsoft 365

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

This is about the AI "Copilot" feature in MS365 Personal.

After researching the feature, I found the instructions on how to enable it. However, the menu options/names involved in the instructions are not available in my version of MS365. I am reaching out to you to request more information on how I can enable this feature.

I had a chat with the support team yesterday, and they informed me that the feature was not enabled for some reason in my account. I am eager to know when I can expect it to be enabled, as I believe I can provide valuable feedback on its use and potential enhancement.

I would greatly appreciate your time and assistance in this matter.

    The feature is not available for the general public yet, do not confuse marketing presentations with actual feature release. There's nothing for you to enable currently, nobody outside of Microsoft and few select partners can access the feature just yet.
