KB4023057 standalone package download for windows 22H2

Hi,

I have installed following windows updates on Windows 11 22H2.

Now I am in a need to install these updates offline on different machines.

I was able to download the following update from Update catalog as:

https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=5012170

While the KB4023057 was not found for the 22H2 as per following:

https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=4023057

Question: Is there a way to download the standalone update package for KB4023057?

If that's not possible, is there a way to extract the package from the installed machine?

    based on article below, it only provide download copy for Windows 10, so either you use windows update or raise case to MS team to verify or request an offline copy as official way.
