URL protocol API Management Node- Being stalked - Person created a HTML enviroment and stole all of my files from my personal account, what do I do??

Can someone pleae assist me?? I have a situation of account takeover, both professional and now personal account I have just found today. It appears my ex-partner is using developer platforms to deploy malicious sharepoint servers, url protocol handlers, harmful apk applications, and website deployments which he has successfully taken my entire onedrive, personal 365 email, and all I have left is an environment that was a smoke screen. It appears in reviewing the deployment and pathways, he parced my data to a different address... Can someone please assist how I can get this addressed? I have a personal account that a business account is under control of a stalker using my account and win computer as a end point. It personal- needless to say, multi- department no one can help- 8 months of support requests to find out nothing went through due to the sandbox environment I was placed and didnt know.

I have logs to attach but uncertain on whether that would be secure....however here is at least one - I am hoping this can help support what is happening. seems to be using some shadow environment but definitely tracking me
