Updates are not available, repeatedly restarted

When I want to update, the computer restarts automatically. But instead of completing the update, the computer will undo the update and choose to restart. When the restart is complete, the undo update is displayed and then restarted. You keep looping through this process. How to solve or fix it?

    1. Please try to download updates from catalog and install it manually.

    1. Open cmd using elevated mode then run below commands

    net stop bits

    net stop wuauserv

    ren %systemroot%\softwaredistribution softwaredistribution.bak

    ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak

    1. Reboot your computer.
    2. Perform check disk to repair any filesystem, errors

    chkdsk/f /r c:
