Move Resources from one tenant to other tenant

Hi,

Can someone assist the prerequisite to be made as I need some help with moving the specific resources from one tenant from one tenant to other tenant.

Tenant 1: abc.com

Tenant2: New.abc.com

i want to move specific database resource from tenant abc.com to New.abc.com. when i tried to move from azure portal the target subscription is not viewable.

Do i need to setup association or something or something like guest account to make this possible. Kindly help on this.

    I'm sorry that I didn't respond before.

    The best approach is to create the resource from scratch in the new tenant and then do a database migration (Import/Export)
