onedrive个人版无法登录

Question

最近一段时间onedrive个人版登录时总是卡在正在加载的界面。然后转一会，显示登录出现问题。无论在什么网络环境下都是这样，也尝试在VPN下进行登录，但是网页版可以正常访问，在客户端里没法登录。 另一方面，如果在我的电脑上登录我的企业版onedrive账号，则可以正常使用。

Does the administrator in your organization set policy to prevent sign-in to OneDrive for personal?

• If not, Please go to Control Panel > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials, check if there’s any credential for personal OneDrive and remove it.
• You may also reset OneDrive settings to have a check.
• Besides, please uninstall OneDrive client from Control Panel and re-install again, you may download the newset one from following link:
