Hi,
Windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1413) Home Single language is installed.
I see Local Security Authority protection is off.
I don't want to dismiss it. I restarted multiple times and I checked Windows update multiple times.
Issue is not resolved yet. Please let me know, what I need to do?

This is a known issue with the latest Windows update. MS recommends you do nothing, including any workarounds, for now. Just ignore it until a fix comes out.

Please don't do that. MS has explicitly recommended that you DO NOT follow the various recommended walkthroughs of changing the registry or using GP. Firstly the registry is already correct if you have LSA turned on. Secondly it won't likely solve the issue anyway. LSA is configured and working correctly. This is a UI issue from what MS has said.
You can confirm LSA is running correctly by looking in the event viewer for the startup message as given by Microsoft here. If you have the entry then there is no need to change anything. If you don't then LSA isn't on so turn in on in the UI.
