Multiple users from different domain under the same tenant have been having an issue with Microsoft login pop up keep showing up.
Looking for any body that have the same issue and have an idea what is causing it
That suggestion was the first one we tried, most of the time it does not work. We got some feed back from Microsoft support to add the following registry keys:
a. EnableADAL – Value 1
b. DisableADALatopWAMOverride – Value 1
c. DisableAADWAM – Value 1
But still some users have the same issue.

I have seen this happen when there is a shared mailbox added in the users mailbox profile settings.
Under File>AccountSettings>Doubclick the Account>more settings>advanced
Check that any mailboxes under "open these additional mailboxes" still exist and the user has access.
