can not access the computer in the lan by \hostname ,but can access it by \ip address.
can see the hostA,hostB in the network , ping is ok.but can not access it by \hostA,

Nothing much to go on but it sounds like broken DNS. I'd check all members are using the local DNS server and that the DNS server is functional.
