How to download Project from the Azure Portal

I was accessing my course when I received a file that gave specific instructions on how to get to the portal and access software available to students, that's when I searched for Microsoft Project, to my knowledge, it does not appear in the list of available software, neither does Visio.

Visio and Project are not included in the Student package.
