problem in installing sql sever 2022

hello

i have problem installing sql server 2022

i tried many times to uninstall everything and install back but still not working

The message "Could not find the Database Engine startup handle." means that SQL Server did not start when Setup wanted to run configuration. To find out why SQL Server did not start, you need to look in the SQL Server errorlog. You find this file in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL16.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\LOG\ERRORLOG.

If you see a message about 256 misaligned reads, you are running into a known issue where Windows 11 and SQL Server are not compatible with regards to disk-sector sizes.
