my phone and pad cann‘t connect PC（win10） by bluetooth, but earphone can

Problem：if i use my Bluetooth headset to connect my PC to listening music, it’s ok。 But when i want to connect my phone or my pad, it will fail.
the ways i have used:

1. i have Reinstalled the latest official Bluetooth driver
2. i have tried all the way i can find in google、youtube
3. I used the system repair tool provided by Microsoft to repair my system non-destructively, but it didn't work
4. I have purchased an external bluetooth transmitter and repeated all the connection actions. I confirm that there is a problem with my win10 system rather than a hardware problem

what i want ask：

1. if you have the same problem, i wish i can get help from you

Hello there,

Try to update your BIOS in addition to the drivers and see if that helps. Have you made any recent updates that you are aware of on this device? If so try uninstalling them and check if this sorts out the issue
