Initially I would recommend to perform a health check on those systems using:
- Perform a DISM health check and repair: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/repair-a-windows-image?view=windows-11
Then ensure that all pending updates on the systrem are installed, as they may contain updates that fixes some GUI issues
If the issue is repeating, I would recommend to perform a clean boot (Disabling 3rd party boot services) and if the issue is fixed, then enabing the services one by one to determine which one may be causing the issue.
