SSO error, update browser, more security info needed

Lately, we've had several members that are not able to use SSO. They are getting an error message stating to update the browser. Then a message stating the organization needs more security info and they change their password and still not able to gain access. What are we missing?

    I would start by viewing Azure Active Directory's sign-in logs:\

    Also, when they receive the error, is this a Microsoft 365 error message? Have you tried to expand more details to find the exact error message?
