We are getting a monthly bill for recovery servicers vault, however, when I log in to Azure with the same account the bill is sent from there are no subscription and no recover services info, or vaults. When I go to backup center, I get "loading data please wait" which never finishes. When I go to vaults I get "Error fetching data, please try later".

Any help is appreciated.

Support options are very limited. We are being billed and we cant see why, or even retrieve an invoice.

If you are having trouble finding the subscription or resource in your Azure portal, it is possible that the resource is associated with a different Azure account. You can try the following steps to locate the subscription:

    1. Check if you have more than one Azure account. If so, make sure you are using the correct account that has access to the subscription.
    2. Check if the subscription is associated with a different Azure directory. You can switch to a different directory in the Azure portal by clicking on your username in the top right corner and selecting the directory from the dropdown menu.
    3. Check if the subscription is associated with a different Azure tenant. You can try logging in with the email address associated with the different tenant to see if you can access the subscription.

If you are still unable to locate the subscription or resource, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance. You can submit a support ticket through the Azure portal or contact Microsoft support by phone or chat. They will be able to assist you in identifying the subscription and resolving any billing issues.
