Hi,
I have two Microsoft accounts with the same email address.
- one for corporate usage
- one "private" (created long time ago part of the creation of an MSDN subscription but for corporate use as well)
Until recently it was possible without problems to access the azure portal without problems, but now it get stuck on the login – stating further details are required.
For our corporate account we use Authenticator and it looks like it will be required for the 2<sup>nd</sup> account now as well.
How can I activate it? Login into Azure again?
For opening a support ticket I would need to be able to login again…
