How to get Microsoft approval to mine cryptocurrency

The terms for Online services states that is not allowed "To mine cryptocurrency without Microsoft’s prior written approval"

According to Azure Solution Area it says:
"We suggest seeking written pre-approval from Microsoft before using Microsoft Online Services for mining cryptocurrencies, regardless of the term of a subscription."

It seem hard to find any information about the process involved in getting approval.
