How does one activate Azure AI ?
How come was it called Pilote by the press, folloing your press conference on March 14th ?
Don't confuse marketing fluff with actual feature availability. Nobody outside of Microsoft and few select preview partners currently has access to the feature, there is no way to activate it at the moment. Wait until they announce public preview or general availability.

It was, but did you see mention of immediate availability anywhere in it? It's not uncommon for Microsoft to announce features/products that are weeks, months, or even years away from release.
