Hello,

I have been trying to claim my Azure for Students subscription that should be available to me considering I am a student coming from an accredited school who is over 18 years old. However, no matter what I do, after I try to log in, the page says that my account is not elligible for the offer because I don't hold up to the requirements mentioned above, even though I do.

I am using my school email to log in, but the issue still occurs.

I would appreciate your help, thank you so much.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble claiming your Azure for Students subscription. Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

    1. Double-check that you are using your school email to log in. Make sure that it is the email address that you used to register with your school and that it is spelled correctly.
    2. Check that your school is eligible for the Azure for Students program. You can find a list of eligible schools on the Azure for Students website. If your school is not on the list, you may not be eligible for the program.
    3. Try logging in from a different browser or device. Sometimes, browser or device settings can interfere with the login process.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and determine why your account is being flagged as ineligible.

    I hope this helps!
